All activities are designed to adequately nurture the emotional and intellectual growth of our kids. Through stimulating situations and hands-on learning opportunities, young children are free to develop into bright young minds.
Our Programs
Learning Through Play
The educational programs at The Sunshine Academy Daycare were created with our children’s needs in mind: to mature and develop in a safe yet stimulating environment. We follow "How Does Learning Happen? Ontario's Pedagogy for the Early Years." How Does Learning Happen is organized around four foundational conditions that are important for children to grow and flourish; Belonging, Well-being, Engagement, and Expression. We implement and follow How Does Learning Happen in our daily curriculum and planning.

Toddler Program
16Â months to 30 months
Preschool Program
30 months to 6 years
Full-Time Program
Depending on your family’s schedule, our Full-Time Program might be the right fit for you. No matter what your child needs, each of our programs will provide the support and tools necessary for optimal growth.
Part-Time Program
As our newest and most popular option, our Part-Time Program tends to fill up fast - so if you’re interested, get in touch today to reserve a spot for your child. There is a two-day a week minimum. Feel free to give us a call with any questions!
School Age Care
The newest addition we have is our School Age Program. Providing care for Before and After school, March break, Christmas Break, PA Days, and Summer Care. We have limited spaces available, so if this is something you are interested in for your child, we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible.
